Salchichón: se elabora con las carnes más nobles de cerdas seleccionadas y se condimenta con pimienta negra en grano, pimienta blanca molida y sal para ofrecer un sabor distinguido. Queso manchego: elaborado con leche de oveja de raza autóctona española. Es muy común que se ofrezca como tapa de cortesía para acompañar la bebida.

Huevos rotos o estrellados: una ración de patatas fritas coronadas con huevos y muchas veces jamón. Para comerlo hay que romper los huevos y mezclarlo todo.

Patatas bravas: una ración de patatas fritas con una salsa picante. Por todo el país se pueden encontrar versiones muy diferentes. Acompáñalas con una cerveza bien fría.

Croquetas de jamón: para los españoles las mejores croquetas son las de mamá, pero existen infinidad de sitios que ofrecen unas buenas croquetas. ¡Pídelas siempre caseras!

Ensaladilla rusa: la versión española de la ensalada Olivier. Es bastante apreciada y muy consumida en verano.
